You Are Invited!
Please join us to celebrate LACASA Center’s 35th anniversary.
Guests will enjoy a cocktail hour, strolling dinner, awards ceremony, historic gallery, live music, and dancing all-night-long to the vintage sound of Rhythm Society Orchestra.
The Rhythm Society Orchestra is a 16-piece powerhouse, which performs yesteryear greats by unforgettable artists like Count Basey, Harry James, Frank Sinatra, Joe Williams, and Mel Torme. The group has been nominated for six Detroit Music Awards by the Motor City Music Foundation.
You’ll be all dressed up, so there will be plenty of great strike-a-pose opportunities at our fun photo booth.
Theme: Our masquerade theme signifies the unmasking of complex issues that surround interpersonal violence. Guests are invited to wear black and white as a reminder that abuse is not a black and white issue.
Attire: Black & white semi-formal
Masks: You may wear your own, or purchase a Venetian mask at the event
Tickets: $75 per person and include dinner, beer & wine, and live entertainment. A table for 8 is $550.
RSVP: Advance reservations are required. Space is limited, so please reserve early.
All event proceeds stay local and benefit victims of child abuse and interpersonal violence from our community.
We hope you will celebrate this milestone anniversary with us!
