LACASA Nurses Awarded

LACASA’s Sexual Assault Nurse Examiners (SANE) were honored for their work on behalf of crime victims by the Livingston County Prosecutor’s Office during National Crime Victims’ Rights Week.

Nurses recognized for their service included Lesia Hay, Patricia Gage, Christie Schonsheck, Stephanie Shauer, and Kris Purdy. These professionals provide compassionate care and forensic examinations for sexual assault victims at LACASA’s Sexual Assault Response Center.
