Calling All Tasting Table Sponsors!
We invite local restaurants and caterers to become a Tasting Table Sponsor at our 2012 Twilight in the Garden event. This much-anticipated food and wine tasting gala is set for Saturday, July 14, at the Triple Diamonds Alpaca Ranch in Howell.
You decide what you would like to showcase…an appetizer, entree or dessert. Or, you may want to serve one of each. (We ask that you create small, appetizer-size portions so guests can enjoy a bit of everything as they stroll the grounds.)
Earn an Award!
Your signature offerings are sampled by hundreds of area residents and local businesses at Twilight in the Garden. Guests enthusiastically cast their ballots each year for the most delicious fare. Awards are given in several cuisine categories. One talented participant is named the overall winner and receives the celebrated Taste of Twilight Award.
As a Tasting Table Sponsor, your logo is printed on our invitations (more than 1,500 are mailed each year), and in the Twilight in the Garden program. You also are recognized on our website, in our media promotions, and on displays at the event.
We provide one 8-foot table, all skirted table linens, plates, and flatware. (You may request additional tables when registering.) You provide the theme, decorations and table presentation of your choice.
Setup is from 3:30 to 5:30 p.m. The event begins at 6 p.m. and runs until sunset.
Cuisine for a Cause
The twilight gala is one of the highlights of Garden Tour Weekend. This annual fundraising event benefits vulnerable children and adults in Livingston County who are survivors of child abuse, domestic violence and sexual assault.
We invite you to create a unique tasting table and share your cuisine for a good cause!
The suggested registration deadline is May 30, to ensure your business name is included in all printed promotional materials.
