We invite you to attend our spring Volunteer Training Program, which begins on April 12 and concludes on April 30, 2016 (see full training schedule below).
Community Education Director and Volunteer Coordinator, Nicole Matthews-Creech, will conduct this in-depth training program. LACASA staff members also will be on hand to facilitate sessions that give you all the skills needed to volunteer for any of our programs or events. (This does not include Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) training, which is held separately.)
Our volunteer training provides in-depth information on how child abuse, domestic violence and sexual assault impact our community and how you can help.
To register, contact Volunteer Liaison, Laura Bohnett, at 517-548-1350,or email her at firstname.lastname@example.org. Space is limited for this training program, so please reserve early.
Training sessions are held at LACASA Center, 2895 W. Grand River Ave., in Howell.
