We are seeking a full-time Finance & Business Director. As the financial officer of a nonprofit organization with an annual budget of approximately $2 million, the Finance & Business Director must be both a strategic thinker and a hands-on implementer.

In this position, you will have direct responsibility for the organization’s general accounting procedures, budget process, financial reporting, IT, Human Resource functions, and operations-related activities. You will report directly to the President & CEO of LACASA Center.

The ideal candidate must be highly motivated, detail oriented and have excellent communication skills. General accounting experience is required. Working knowledge of nonprofit accounting and government grant reporting is preferred. Familiarity with QuickBooks accounting software is a plus.  An active commitment to the values of the organization and an energetic engagement with our mission-driven team of colleagues will be essential to success.
