Fun Family Event Planned

Children and families will enjoy a variety of activities at the CAP Kids’ Fair set for Saturday, June 2. The fair is hosted by the CAP (Child Abuse Prevention) Council and is part of the Art in the Park festivities in Pinckney.

The Kids’ Fair will be held from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Livingston Street, behind the Pinckney Village Offices on Howell Street.

A variety of free activities are slated for children including a magic show, Tae Kwon Do demonstration, balloon sculpting, petting zoo, and Kid Olympics. Children can create make-and-take craft projects and get free ice cream.

Exhibitors will provide great safety and parenting information for moms and dads.

The CAP Council provides numerous child abuse prevention and education programs throughout Livingston County each year.
