LACASA Center is a nonprofit organization located in Howell, MI. We provide help and hope for victims and survivors of child abuse, domestic violence and sexual assault. 


We currently have an opening for a Legal Advocate. This human service position involves providing support and advocacy for survivors of domestic violence during the criminal justice process. 

Requirements include strong skills in crisis intervention, advocacy and organization. Knowledge of domestic violence and the criminal justice process is essential. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is needed. Professional experience with domestic violence, sexual assault and child abuse preferred. To be considered, you must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
