Mommologues Set for May 11

You’ll want to reserve your tickets early for this year’s “Mommologues: Tales from the Front,” an annual benefit for LACASA Center, set for Thursday, May 11, 2017. Doors open at 6:30 p.m. The performance starts at 7 p.m.

Invite a friend or two and enjoy an evening of wit and wisdom as some of Livingston County’s most talented writers and creative thinkers share their musings on motherhood, parenting and the human condition.

Tickets to this event, which is held at the Howell Opera House, make a unique Mother’s Day gift!

The line up of performers this year includes: Renee Chodkowski, Pat Convery, Jeff Doyle, Rebecca Foster, Jon King, Buddy Moorehouse, Mona Shand, and Maria Stuart. Be prepared to share some laughs and some tears as these talented wordsmiths spin inspiring personal tales.

Tickets are $15 in advance; $20 at the door. A cash bar will be stocked with cool refreshments. 

All proceeds stay local and help victims of child abuse and interpersonal violence from our community.
