The Rape, Abuse & Incest National Network (RAINN) offers secure assistance on Sexual Assault issues 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

National Suicide Prevention Lifeline

The National Suicide Prevention Lifeline offers assistance 24/7. The hotline is staffed by trained counselors and callers are routed to the crisis clinic nearest their location.
